I've been running in the forest with these for 3 weeks, the feel of the ground is really different. Expect some transition time on the calves but it's worth it.

A thin Vibram sole provides maximum ground contact while protecting the arch from rough terrain. Zero drop for a natural posture and stronger foot muscles.
Upper made from recycled materials and a low-impact manufacturing process. A design built to reduce the carbon footprint without compromising durability.
The airy weave promotes airflow and limits moisture, keeping your foot dry even during extended wear.
The Vibram sole offers reliable traction on dry or wet ground, in the city or on the trail.
Machine washable at 30°C, air dry. No special treatment needed to keep the shoe looking like new.
The V-Run Women's is the lineup's running model, designed for one specific thing: supporting the switch from a classic shoe to more natural running. Thin sole, soft perforated upper, reduced weight. It's the running entry point into separated-toe models.

| Benefit | Proprioception, balance, running technique |
| Drop | Zero |

Zero drop shifts the foot strike to the midfoot. The calf and Achilles tendon then take on a load they weren't used to carrying, and it's normal for them to speak up. The progression that works comes down to one rule: ten to fifteen minutes per outing at the start, every other run, and no more than a ten percent increase per week. Calf soreness in the first few days is expected. Tendon pain is not: in that case, scale back. The perforated upper maximizes ventilation, which matters as soon as your runs get longer.
The men's version of the V-Run uses the same construction in 14 sizes, 37 to 50, and 4 colors. If you want cushioning for everyday asphalt, the Roadaround 2 Women's goes up to a 12 mm total sole with reflective panels.
The foot swells while running. Measure at the end of the day and check it against the size guide. Also see women's toe shoes.
Ten to fifteen minutes per outing, increasing gradually. The model is designed for short to medium runs.
Not mandatory, but strongly recommended to prevent chafing between toes.
Yes, it's light and breathable, which makes it comfortable outside of running too.

Perfect for my Sunday runs. The split toes are surprising at first but you get used to it quickly, great grip.
Good product for light trail use, the sole grips well on wet paths. I would have liked a bit more cushioning on the road.
I do 8 to 10 km with these, lighter than my old running shoes. My feet really breathe better in summer.
Second pair I've bought, still just as convinced. The ground grip really changes the way you run.
Good fit, doesn't move around while running. It takes some adjustment time but the comfort is there.
I do my morning jogs with these, great feeling waking up the foot and calf. No regrets on this purchase.
Decent but you really need to ease into it gradually, I had sore calves the first few days.
Solid build quality, you can feel the Vibram quality. I use them both for running and brisk walking.
