I've been running in the forest with these for 3 weeks, the feel of the ground is really different. Expect some transition time on the calves but it's worth it.

A thin Vibram sole provides maximum ground contact while protecting the arch from rough terrain. Zero drop for a natural posture and stronger foot muscles.
Upper made from recycled materials and a low-impact manufacturing process. A design built to reduce the carbon footprint without compromising durability.
The airy weave promotes airflow and limits moisture, keeping your foot dry even during extended wear.
The Vibram sole offers reliable traction on dry or wet ground, in the city or on the trail.
Machine washable at 30°C, air dry. No special treatment needed to keep the shoe looking like new.
The V-Run is the lineup's running model, and it's explicitly designed for one thing: supporting the switch from a classic shoe to more natural running. Thin sole, soft perforated upper, reduced weight. It's the running entry point into separated-toe shoes.
| Sole | Thin, enhanced ground feel |
| Upper | Soft and perforated, maximum ventilation |
| Benefit | Proprioception, balance, running technique |
| Drop | Zero |
| Compartments | Five independent toes |
| Colors | Black Lime Black, Total Black, Brown Ivory Black, Total Ivory |
| Sizes | 14 sizes, 37 to 50 |
Switching to zero drop changes where the foot strikes the ground. With a cushioned shoe, most runners heel-strike. In the V-Run, the strike naturally shifts to the midfoot, because the heel is no longer raised and the impact is no longer absorbed for you. The calf and Achilles tendon then take on a load they aren't used to. The rule that works: start with ten-to-fifteen-minute outings, every other run, and increase by no more than ten percent per week. The perforated upper does the rest on summer runs, where a closed mesh turns the shoe into a sauna.
The women's version of the V-Run uses the same construction in 9 sizes, 35 to 43. If you mostly run on asphalt and want a bit of cushioning underfoot, the Roadaround 2 fits a 12 mm total sole with reflective panels for night runs.
The foot swells while running. Too tight a size becomes uncomfortable after thirty minutes. Measure at the end of the day and check the size guide. Also see the men's section.
It's designed for short to medium runs. Distance increases with your own adaptation, not with the model.
Strongly recommended to prevent chafing between toes on long runs.
Yes, it's light and breathable, which makes it comfortable for everyday use.

Perfect for my Sunday runs. The split toes are surprising at first but you get used to it quickly, great grip.
Good product for light trail use, the sole grips well on wet paths. I would have liked a bit more cushioning on the road.
I do 8 to 10 km with these, lighter than my old running shoes. My feet really breathe better in summer.
Second pair I've bought, still just as convinced. The ground grip really changes the way you run.
Good fit, doesn't move around while running. It takes some adjustment time but the comfort is there.
I do my morning jogs with these, great feeling waking up the foot and calf. No regrets on this purchase.
Decent but you really need to ease into it gradually, I had sore calves the first few days.
Solid build quality, you can feel the Vibram quality. I use them both for running and brisk walking.
