A segmented sole, in practice
A one-piece sole flexes at one or two points. A segmented sole flexes everywhere. As you roll through the foot, each zone follows its own movement instead of constraining its neighbors. In agility drills, changes of footing, or balance work, this freedom changes the quality of the sensory feedback: you know exactly where your center of gravity is. It's also the model that takes the most getting used to. If you're coming from a cushioned shoe, it's better to start elsewhere and work up to the Graspifier.

The women's version of the Graspifier uses the same construction in 9 sizes, 35 to 43. For functional training with more lateral support, the V-Train 2.0 adds panel lacing and arch lugs.

This is my fifth pair of five-finger shoes. They're really comfortable. I've already worn them on mountain hikes and I have to say they performed really well.
Bought to replace my old orange Bikila EVOs. Very satisfied, the fit matches my usual size and the support is great. Nice color too, I just wish there were a few more choices.
