A thin Vibram sole provides maximum ground contact while protecting the arch from rough terrain. Zero drop for a natural posture and stronger foot muscles.

Upper made from recycled materials and a low-impact manufacturing process. A design built to reduce the carbon footprint without compromising durability.

The airy weave promotes airflow and limits moisture, keeping your foot dry even during extended wear.

The Vibram sole offers reliable traction on dry or wet ground, in the city or on the trail.

Machine washable at 30°C, air dry. No special treatment needed to keep the shoe looking like new.

The V-Train 2.0 is the lineup's functional training model. It's built for sessions that change direction: circuits, agility, lateral movement, loaded work. It keeps the ground feel that defines the separated-toe lineup while handling repeated footing.

Why the lugs sit under the arch

Most training shoes concentrate their grip under the forefoot and heel. The V-Train 2.0 places its rope-style lugs in the middle, under the arch. The reason is simple: in a lateral move, a lunge, or a quick change of footing, it's the middle of the foot that slips first. By locking down that zone, the model secures exactly the moment when footing is lost. The panel lacing combined with the hook-and-loop closure does the rest: the foot doesn't move inside the shoe when the shoe moves on the ground.

This model or another

For pure strength and lifting work, the Groundsplay LS drops to a 4.5 mm sole with micro-lugs, bringing the foot even closer to the ground. If you want a more versatile model that can handle the gym as well as the outdoors, the KSO EVO and its Medium Ground Feel approach is the catalog's best compromise.

Which size to choose

On lateral movements, a too-large size creates play and lets the foot slide inside. Measure precisely and check the size guide. Available in 5 sizes, 37 to 41, in men's separated-toe models.

Frequently asked questions

Can you lift heavy in these?

Zero drop and a flat foot position are desirable for strength work. The V-Train 2.0 sits higher than the Groundsplay LS — compare them based on your training.

Is it suitable for CrossFit?

It's designed for functional training and circuits, which cover a good part of those sessions.

Does the hook-and-loop closure hold up over time?

It's backed up by panel lacing, which spreads the tension instead of putting it all on the velcro.

I do cross training 4 times a week, this model holds up perfectly during lateral movements. The Hook+Loop lacing is a real plus.

Good grip during functional circuits, the XS Trek rubber holds up well indoors. A bit stiff the first few days.
