Why thinness matters when lifting

At 4.5 mm, the Groundsplay LS removes that variable: footing becomes direct, and weight distribution across the heel, the outer foot, and the five toes is felt immediately. This is my fifth pair of five-finger shoes. They're really comfortable. I've already worn them on mountain hikes and I have to say they performed really well.
